Data covered
The form collects your company name, email address, reason for contacting us and message. Your phone number is optional. Your first and last name may also be processed if you include them in your message; no separate field requires them.
This form does not ask for bank details, customer lists, attachments or CRM configuration data.
Purposes of processing
We use this information to answer enquiries, contact prospective customers in relation to their request, handle LeadFlow enquiries and OmzetBoost demo requests, and provide administrative communication related to the request.
Submitting the form does not subscribe you to newsletters or marketing campaigns. Handling your request is separate from any future marketing consent.
Legal basis
The legal basis for contact and demo requests and for form security still needs to be validated before publication. No final legal basis has been provided.
Optional statistics rely on your consent, which you can refuse or withdraw at any time through cookie preferences.
Data sharing
Proxodata does not sell your data. It is shared only when necessary to provide the service or comply with a legal obligation, with those handling the request and the necessary service providers.
Form submissions are intended for the proxodata@gmail.com mailbox. Resend is prepared for sending, but production configuration and domain verification have not been confirmed. Hosting providers, data processing arrangements and any international transfers still need to be clarified before publication.
Retention period
Contact data and enquiries received through Proxodata are kept for 12 months. The start of this period and the mailbox deletion procedure must be formalised before publication; this website does not automatically purge the receiving mailbox.
This period does not apply to OmzetBoost CRM data, electricians’ customers, invoices or signature evidence. Those processing activities have separate rules and documents.
Security and abuse prevention
The form validates and limits data, uses an anti-spam field and limits repeated attempts. Application logs do not record request contents or plain-text IP addresses.
The IP address received by the server is used to calculate a pseudonymous identifier for abuse prevention, associated with a counter and a 15-minute window in memory. This is not Analytics or guaranteed anonymisation. Any infrastructure logs and their retention must be clarified with the hosting provider.

Optional statistics — Google Analytics 4
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures known website pages and certain clicks to LeadFlow, OmzetBoost and Contact. Google may also process session, browser, language, device and screen resolution information. The connection necessarily transmits technical information, including the IP address; this is not a guarantee of anonymity.
Events added by Proxodata do not send form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, URL parameters or fragments. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in code. The Google stream must be configured without enhanced measurement or additional tags to respect this scope; its settings and statistics retention period still need to be confirmed in the Google account before production.
Google receives this statistical data after acceptance. Processing terms and any international transfers involving this provider still need to be validated before production. Refusing does not prevent you from using the website or contacting us.
